Cyderes seeks a highly experienced Vice President, Solution Architecture to lead the global Solution Architecture team. You will shape strategy, engage clients, and provide technical leadership across Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services from first contact to steady-state delivery.

You will mentor a global team, align solutions with business and security goals, and partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to shorten sales cycles and improve value delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering experience with at least 8 years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of Managed Security Services and Security Consulting.
• Experience leading global teams in high-growth security services organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Solution Architecture team across regions, pre- and post-sales.
• Define and execute the solution strategy for Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services.
• Partner with executive leadership to align strategy with growth objectives.
• Join Sales in front of prospects to win business with compelling design and technical presentations.
• Act as an executive-level technical advisor to key prospects and clients and manage handoffs to delivery.
• Drive RFP/RFI response strategy and develop standardized solution frameworks and reference architectures.
