Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a visionary VP, Solution Architecture to lead our global team, drive strategy, client engagement, and technical leadership across Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services. You will own solution design, positioning, and handoffs from sales to delivery.

You will report to the President of Consulting and Managed Services, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership, and mentor a high-performing global team to deliver value from first conversation through

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity and solution architecture with leadership
• Experience in security services and pre/post sales environments
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and cloud security
• Global leadership experience with 25–50% travel

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global Solution Architecture team across regions
• Define and execute solution strategy for Core Consulting and Core Managed Security Services
• Partner with executive leadership to align architecture with growth objectives
• Collaborate with Sales to win new business through compelling design and proposals
• Act as executive-level technical advisor to prospects and clients
• Ensure handoff from pre-sales to onboarding and POD delivery
• Drive RFP/RFI response strategy and high-quality proposals
• Develop standardized solution frameworks and reference architectures
• Incorporate compliance and emerging security trends (AI/automation)
• Align with Product Management and Delivery for market feedback
• Establish KPIs and reporting for team performance and outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in presales and handoff processes
• Maintain global consistency in solutioning with regional flexibility
