Job summary

Ladders in the United States seeks a Global Vice President, Services to build and scale a worldwide services organization, owning strategy, operating model and performance. This executive will drive growth, improve service execution and ensure a consistent customer experience across the full lifecycle from installation through long-term support, partnering with operations, commercial teams and service delivery leaders.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA (Hybrid).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in global services.
• Experience managing a services P&L.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with field service technologies and data-driven service models.
• Must be located in the U.S. and willing to travel up to 30%.
• No employment immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global services strategy and business model.
• Build and scale the global services organization with talent acquisition and leadership development.
• Establish a consistent service operating model with standardized processes and 24/7 support.
• Own the global Services P&L, driving revenue growth and operational performance.
• Lead the customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Develop digital service capabilities and data-driven service insights.
• Build and manage a global ecosystem of service partners and logistics.
