Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a Vice President Global Services to own the strategy, execution, and performance of its global program. You will translate goals into operational plans with functional leaders, ensure enterprise alignment, and report to the SVP Business IT Services and senior leadership.

This role directs the Global Services Office, mitigates cross-functional risks, and guides governance and resourcing decisions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred).
15+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Program Leadership roles (Required).
10+ years of experience managing senior, cross-functional leadership teams (Preferred).
Experience leading a global capability network or shared-services transformation (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Own accountability for the strategy, execution, and performance of the global program across all function leads.
Translate goals into operational plans with functional leaders and align with enterprise priorities.
Direct leadership and accountability for the Global Services Office.
Resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, and resource tradeoffs at the enterprise level.
Approve major financial decisions within delegated authority and oversee budgets and investments.
Champion change and communications to ensure alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
Mentor and develop VP leads and build bench strength across the leadership team.
