Job summary

Ladders in the United States seeks a Global Vice President, Services to build and scale a worldwide services organization, owning strategy, operating model and performance. This executive will drive growth, improve service execution and ensure a consistent customer experience across the full lifecycle from installation through long-term support, partnering with operations, commercial teams and service delivery leaders.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA (Hybrid).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in global services.
• Experience managing a services P&L.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with field service technologies and data-driven service models.
• Must be located in the U.S. and willing to travel up to 30%.
• No employment immigration sponsorship available for this position.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Vice President, Services to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This executive will shape and scale a global services organization with direct ownership of strategy, operating model, and performance. The role is accountable for driving growth, improving service execution, and building a consistent customer experience across the full lifecycle from installation through long-term support. It also requires strong partnership across operations, commercial teams, and service delivery leaders to strengthen process discipline, talent capability, and global coordination.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $200,000 – $240,000 annually

Responsibilities
