This executive role requires hands-on collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and regional teams. You will build a scalable sales organization, set quotas and incentives, and align demand signals

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or related discipline required.
• Minimum of fifteen years in sales/commercial leadership in multinational manufacturing.
• Global revenue ownership of $500M+ including gross margin responsibility.
• Experience scaling a business through rapid growth with capacity expansion.
• Front-end negotiations with hyperscale/cloud operators, colocation providers, or large OEMs.

• Own the global CDU revenue plan and execute the sales strategy beyond $1B.
• Convert segment strategy into regional and platform operating plans with clear ownership.
• Build multi-year pipeline across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and OEM channels.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and reporting to align demand with operations.
• Lead executive relationships with hyperscale and data center customers and partners.
• Forecasting discipline, S&OP participation, and market trend analysis.
