Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen years in sales and commercial leadership in a multinational manufacturing org.
• Experience owning a global revenue number of $500M+ and managing gross margin performance.
• Proven ability to scale a business with capacity and footprint expansion.
• Experience negotiating large, long-term agreements with sophisticated buyers and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Own global CDU revenue plan and develop the sales strategy to exceed $1B.
• Convert strategic plans into regional commercial operating plans with clear ownership.
• Build multi-year pipeline across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and OEM channels.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and reporting to surface demand early.
• Lead CRM discipline and forecast accuracy, aligning with operations and supply chain.
