Job summary
Colliers International is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales and Solutions in Global Occupier Services to drive strategic client engagements and revenue growth from Chicago. You will lead cross-functional teams, surface opportunities, and craft compelling, multi-service proposals for Fortune 500 clients across the US.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated relationships with executives at major US-based global corporations.
- Track record in winning integrated, multi-service line engagements.
- Ability to build internal proformas and assess commercial viability.
- Understanding of Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, and related services.
- Experience managing global projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of clients and pursuits with Global Occupier Services.
- Lead sales opportunities and direct team to build integrated solutions for large clients.
- Develop proposals, RFPs, and client-specific presentations across global offices.
- Travel as needed to advance opportunities.
