Job summary

Colliers in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Vice President, Sales and Solutions to lead platform-led services for the world's largest occupiers of real estate. You will leverage a network of enterprise relationships to secure new business, expand existing relationships, and craft compelling service delivery models for major corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in a similar senior sales/leadership role.
• Track record of winning global, multi-service engagements.
• Strong ability to develop proformas and advise on commercial viability.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients and pursuits.
• Lead Sales & Solutions team to build compelling, multi-service solutions.
• Develop RFPs/RFIs and client-facing proposals for large US-based corporate clients.
