Job summary

Menska seeks an Executive Vice President to lead and transform its global sales organisation, reporting to the COO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team. You will guide strategy, structure and performance for a 30+ person team across charter, jet card and aircraft management.

You will not carry a personal book of business; instead you’ll create an environment that enables exceptional sales leadership to thrive, delivering sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• At least five years managing senior sales leaders.
• Experience leading multi-region organisations of 25+ people.
• A track record of scaling organisations with revenues over $150 million.
• Experience leading both new business acquisition and customer retention teams.
• Exceptional executive communication and coaching skills.
• A strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence.
• Private aviation experience advantageous or leadership from adjacent luxury sectors.

Responsibilities
