Job summary

Magellan Jets, based in Quincy, MA, seeks an Executive Vice President, Sales Administration to lead the company's revenue engine across jet card, charter, fractional, and membership products. You will build and coach a distributed team of 30+ professionals, design scalable sales processes, and align pricing, product, marketing, and technology at the executive level.

This role reports to the COO, sits on the Senior Leadership Team and requires deep experience in high‑touch, consultative selling

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing managers.
Experience leading a distributed sales organization of 25+ team members across regions.
Experience in private aviation, luxury services, or premium B2B markets preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue targets across jet card, charter, fractional, and membership lines.
Define pipeline standards, CRM hygiene, and activity metrics.
Implement onboarding and training programs to accelerate ramp time.
Drive AI adoption and automation to improve forecast accuracy.
Oversee renewals, retention, and expansion revenue.
Design compensation plans aligned to behavior and performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize pricing and product decisions.
