Job summary

Menska Recruitment is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead and transform its global sales organisation. You will report to the COO and shape the commercial strategy for a market-leading private aviation business with a high-performing sales team.

You will drive sustainable revenue growth, develop future sales leaders, and implement the systems and processes needed to support the next growth phase across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• At least five years managing senior sales leaders.
• Experience leading multi-region commercial organisations of 25+ people.
• A track record of scaling organisations supporting revenues in excess of $150 million.
• Experience leading both new business acquisition and customer retention teams.
• Exceptional executive communication and coaching skills.
• A strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence.
• Private aviation experience would be advantageous, but leaders from adjacent luxury sectors are welcome.
