Job summary

Europe Express is seeking a Vice President, People to lead the people, culture and organisational effectiveness in a dynamic international travel business. Reporting to the President, you will drive the people strategy, leadership development and transformation across Europe Express and Travelopia teams.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with executive leaders to build capability, transform workforce planning and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading a People or HR function in a complex, international org.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leaders to drive outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of leadership development, talent management, and culture building.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Comfort influencing and coaching senior stakeholders through change.
• Commercial awareness and ability to connect people decisions to business priorities.
• Passion for innovation, organizational effectiveness, and AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills.
• Inclusive leadership style fostering diverse perspectives.
