Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a visionary analytics leader to transform how data drives decision-making across a large global sales organization. This executive will lead a team of ~100 professionals responsible for BI, analytics, data architecture, and decision-support capabilities, reporting to the SVP of Global Sales Strategy & Operations.

The role partners with IT and the Data Governance Office to expand the Sales Data Lake and establish a governed data foundation for reporting,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, BI, Decision Sciences, Data Science, AI or related fields.
• Proven track record leading global reporting, analytics, data, or decision-sciences organizations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global Sales processes including planning, pipeline management, forecasting, segmentation, territories, productivity, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and executive-stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and strategic vision across Global Sales measurement, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead automation of core reporting and drive self-service analytics.
• Apply advanced analytics, ML, and AI to improve forecasting, productivity and decision support.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance to expand data lakes and data products.
