Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, BI, Decision Sciences, Data Science, AI.
• Proven experience leading global reporting and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global Sales processes including planning, forecasting, segmentation, territories, productivity, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise measurements and executive-management reporting frameworks.
• Experience modernizing and automating complex reporting and analytics environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, executive-presence, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through partnership where responsibility for AI, data, technology, and transformation is distributed across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global reporting, analytics, data architecture, and decision-support capabilities for Global Sales.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance to expand the Sales Data Lake and ensure governed data foundation.
• Provide guidance and strategic vision across Sales Measurement, Reporting, AI, and data strategies.
• Develop executive dashboards and self-service analytics to drive actions and outcomes.
• Build and lead a globally integrated team across BI, analytics, and data science.
• Drive adoption of automation and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and productivity.
