Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States seeks a visionary VP of Decision Sciences to transform how data drives decision-making across a large global sales organization. You will lead a team of about 100 professionals responsible for business intelligence, analytics, data architecture, and decision-support capabilities.

Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales Strategy & Operations, you will partner with IT and the Data Governance Office to expand the Sales Data Lake, establish a trusted data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Decision Sciences, Data Science, AI, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading global reporting, analytics, data, or decision-sciences organizations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of global Sales processes including planning, pipeline management, forecasting, segmentation, territories, productivity, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global reporting, analytics, and decision-science programs for the Global Sales organization.
• Partner with IT and Data Governance to expand the Sales Data Lake and governance.
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives to improve sales operations, seller productivity, and management decision-making.
• Build and mentor a globally integrated team across BI, analytics, and data science.
