Vonage, a global cloud communications leader, is seeking an SVP of Partners to own the worldwide partner strategy across core Solutions Areas. You will lead a high-performance team, define operating models, and drive revenue through partner ecosystems including hyperscalers, SIs, VARs, and alliance partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior partner or alliances leader in global B2B SaaS/CPaaS.
• Experience building and scaling multi-archetype partner programmes (hyperscalers, VARs, SIs, ISVs, alliances).
• Deep commercial acumen with ability to model partner economics and revenue outcomes.
• Executive presence and stakeholder influence at C-suite level with strategic partners.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across AMER, EMEA, APAC in matrixed setups.
• Strong cross-functional operator aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps around a partner-first GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Vonage's global partner strategy across all business and product areas.
• Define partner archetype contributions to revenue and market position.
• Establish a consistent partner operating model with governance and incentives.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue targets and cadence with the team.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners.
• Lead and develop senior partner leaders to scale the function.
