Based in the US, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program development and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing partner network, manage OEM channel partnerships, and influence executive-level stakeholders to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in global sales management and partner management.
• 10+ years leading teams and mentoring direct and indirect reports.
• Proven success building OEM channels and alliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global partner strategy across OEM markets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop committed partners.
• Lead global partner, alliance and channels sales strategy.
• Assess OEM partner needs and adjust programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and events.
• Travel approximately 50%.
