Job summary

Vontier is seeking a senior leader to direct the global software engineering organization for its Convenience Retail division. The role oversees cloud IoT, on-prem devices, POS systems, and analytics, driving a scalable, secure architecture across geographies.

You will partner with the CTO and senior leaders to shape a Retail Technology vision and to deliver next-generation retail solutions worldwide, including devops, ProdOps, QA automation, and secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role in retail or tech.
• Deep knowledge of cloud systems and providers.
• Executive presence with experience with large customers.
• Experience leading engineering teams (100-250+).
• Track record of large-scale, scalable POS/IoT/cloud solutions.
• Understanding of PCI security standards/certifications.
• Expertise in cloud-native software development.
