Job summary

This role leads the global engineering organization responsible for retail solutions technologies across cloud IoT, on-premise devices, POS, SaaS, telemetry, and analytics to meet the needs of the retail sector.

You will drive a multi-location team (US, Argentina, Europe, India), define the technology vision, partner with executives, and deliver next‑gen retail solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role within retail solutions or tech.
• Experience managing 100-250+ engineers.
• Strong cloud, security, PCI knowledge.
• Proven executive-level communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse global engineering team across locations.
• Oversee a broad retail tech portfolio with significant revenue.
