Job summary

CIVCO seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing and operations globally, including Iowa and Juarez. You will shape strategy, drive LEAN initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution across sites and functions with strong financial discipline.

Reporting to the President, you will oversee manufacturing operations, supply chain, safety, facilities, IT, and continuous improvement, aligning enterprise goals with site-level performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Proven LEAN, continuous improvement, or operational excellence at scale.
• Track record of large-scale operational improvements with financial impact.
• Senior leadership experience overseeing multi-site manufacturing.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable operational plans.
• Experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong financial acumen to drive EBITDA growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing ops for Iowa and Juarez, Mexico.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence systems.
• Direct supply chain and production planning.
• Ensure safety, facilities, and infrastructure across sites.
• Provide IT enablement across global operations.
• Set direction and shape strategy within manufacturing and IT.
• Enforce disciplined operating cadence with KPIs and reviews.
• Balance functional optimization with enterprise outcomes.
