Fontaine Modification is seeking a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead nine sites, aligning production, procurement, quality, and safety with growth and customer commitments. The role demands deep multi-site manufacturing leadership in low-volume, high-mix environments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in manufacturing operations and experience in vehicle or heavy equipment manufacturing, with proven Lean/Six Sigma results and strong financial acumen.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership.
• 5–7 years in a senior leadership role such as VP of Manufacturing or Director of Operations.
• Direct experience in vehicle, heavy equipment, or complex custom manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Set and execute the operating strategy for nine sites.
• Lead capacity planning, scheduling, labor deployment, and on-time delivery.
• Develop sourcing and procurement strategies; optimize inventory and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement using 80/20, lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma; standard work and visual management.
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; strengthen warranty feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leadership; report to the President; travel up to 50%.
