• Deliver high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team engagement.
• Act as a trusted operations advisor and business partner for the President and senior leaders.
• Develop, implement, and refine continuous improvement and LEAN strategies that support the company’s strategic direction.
• Utilize Lean and CI principles to guide organizational planning and advancement initiatives.
• Establish and administer the budget with strategic decision-making to ensure profitability.
