Eaton’s Protection, Controls & Solutions Group is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement across the group. The role reports to driving the annual profit plan with a focus on customer satisfaction and world-class performance.

The VP will oversee multiple divisions’ operations across the Americas, develop long-term plans, and ensure lean practices and Industry 4.0 initiatives are embedded in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years progressive manufacturing/OPEX experience.
• Plant manager and multi-site management experience.
• Experience leading operations for a global, multi-division business with dispersed locations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead initiatives to improve operational excellence and achieve profit/strategic plan objectives.
• Drive manufacturing strategy for the Group and its divisions, optimize capacity and footprint, develop key manufacturing technologies.
• Establish targets and KPI tracking; ensure reporting using EPM, Balanced Scorecard, etc.
• Champion Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and drive a zero-incident culture.
• Own and deploy zero-defect culture and quality assurance across the group.
