Job summary

PAC, a global leader in analytical instruments, is seeking a Division Vice President of Operations to drive manufacturing excellence across its sites. The role partners with BU leaders to develop operational strategies, improve safety, quality, delivery and cost performance, and lead integration activities for acquisitions.

You will develop annual operating and capital budgets, report on KPI’s, and mentor operations talent while traveling up to 30% for domestic and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in operations, with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Willing to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop operational budgets and KPI reporting; support annual plans.
• Lead due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions.
