TechnoMile seeks a VP of Engineering to lead our global engineering organization, including Product Engineering, Platform, QA, DevOps, and Cloud Operations. You will drive strategy, planning, and execution, reporting to the CTO.

This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite in Tysons Corner, VA, and collaboration across US and India teams to ship AI-enabled software. You will build and coach managers, establish disciplined processes, and balance product direction with scalable technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams across distributed or offshore sites.
• Proven ability to translate roadmaps into executable plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead, grow, and grow the Engineering organization across US and India.
• Prioritize roadmap with Product and leadership; translate into execution plans.
• Ensure delivery across distributed teams with scoped work and cadence.
• Establish engineering processes, metrics, and accountability.
• Own headcount planning and recruiting for Engineering in partnership with People/Talent.
• Represent Engineering to executives with data-driven status.
