Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership managing managers.
• Experience with distributed or offshore teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop the Engineering organization across US and India.
• Prioritize and align the roadmap with Product and leadership.
• Drive reliable delivery with planning cadences and metrics.
• Oversee Platform, QA, DevOps, and Cloud Operations end-to-end.
• Embed AI into engineering workflows to boost velocity and quality.
