Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a VP, HR Technology, Transformation & Insights to shape the technology and analytics backbone of HR during a major enterprise transformation.

You will co-own the Workday implementation strategy and drive workforce planning, people analytics, and executive reporting for CHRO, ELT, and the Board. In this governance role, you translate the evolving HR operating model into a scalable data vision, partner with GTO and AI governance, and lead a small team

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR technology leadership with HRIS/analytics focus.
• Strong experience with Workday and HR data governance.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic narratives for CHRO/Board.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define HRIS strategy and governance for enterprise Workday implementation.
• Lead workforce planning, people analytics, and executive reporting.
• Own data integrity, security, and access controls across shoreside and shipboard HR.
• Sponsor change management and adoption of HR technology.
