Qualifications

Strong experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, HR Technology.
Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, documentation and implementation activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system solutions.
Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
Drive configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvements across HR systems.
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
