Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years in procurement or construction procurement with global portfolios.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving cost takeouts.
• Leadership across global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and optimize end-to-end global procurement strategies for major capital equipment and construction projects.
• Translate pipeline into category, sourcing, supplier capacity and continuity plans.
• Lead complex negotiations with Legal and business stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
• Oversee risk, cost, schedule, and performance reporting to executives.
