Yondr Group seeks a VP of the Customer Solutions team to provide technical leadership across pre-sales, post-sale and customer relationships globally. You will guide the technical content of engagements from first pitch to contracting, and lead internal teams in all customer communications while overseeing delivery teams during lease execution.

This regional role requires travel globally and a knack for turning complex data-center concepts into clear, deliverable solutions.

Formación

• Experience capturing technical requirements and solutions for target Customers.
• Datacenter experience—Electrical, Mechanical, Network or Operations.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions in a simplified manner for stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into deliverable requirements.
• Experience with data center design and operational lifecycle management.
• Ability to run workshops and communicate to all audience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical sales and solutions for the Americas.
• Document Customer technical requirements and design solutions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Design, Construction, Operations to meet Customer needs.
• Serve as primary responder for Customer RFPs for complete submissions.
• Provide expert input on future design and location strategies.
• Oversee delivery teams during lease execution from a technical perspective.
