Job summary

Citco Group Limited seeks a seasoned Client Integration Vice President to lead client integrations, conversions, and strategic onboarding projects. You will guide virtual teams, manage data capture for client reporting, and support sales with proposals and proofs of concept.

You will drive operations, governance, and risk mitigation across NBEC launches, BAU initiatives, and global/local projects, ensuring seamless service delivery to hedge funds and alternatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of client services within the asset management industry.
• 5+ years of people and resource management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products and practices.
• Degree in business or finance related field; professional qualification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead client integrations and onboarding projects.
• Oversee NBEC launches and onboarding of ancillary services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client reporting requirements.
• Manage sales handover and support for RFPs and vendor information.
• Provide reporting to senior management on status and risks.
