Citco in New York is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships with C-suite clients and oversee client onboarding, ensuring alignment of fund administration services with client goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to negotiate SLAs, monitor profitability and report on KPIs. A track record of 8–10 years in alternative asset services is required; CPA designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in client service and managing relationships for an alternative asset manager.
• Experience with private assets fund administration; investor reporting is desirable.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Strategically manage relationships with C-suite executives and key personnel.
• Oversee client onboarding, integration, and ongoing training of clients.
• Negotiate SLAs and implement formal client communication strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams and report on KPI and internal performance.
• Conduct profitability reviews and address negative trends for client accounts.
• Support pricing models and fee proposals for funds and new services.
