Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead Client Service for Private Assets in New York. You will guide senior client relationships, oversee service delivery, and mentor a high-performing Client Service team across locations.

You will ensure profitability, manage SLAs and KPIs, and partner with integration, Operations, and Business Development to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant private assets experience in fund administration or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of private assets fund accounting and structures.
• Familiarity with US GAAP; waterfall structures and modeling are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Service for a portfolio of sophisticated private assets clients; act as trusted advisor.
• Develop relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Understand client fund structures, operating infra, and strategic plans.
• Establish client communication strategy with executive meetings and reviews.
• Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and governance with Operations teams.
• Drive profitability reviews and margin analysis across clients.
• Coordinate onboarding, launches, transitions with integration teams.
• Mentor and develop Client Service team; manage staffing and succession.
