Citi in Kuala Lumpur seeks a VP for Client Onboarding to drive end-to-end onboarding deals and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Technology, and Legal. You will serve as the client’s main contact, coordinating internal partners and guiding complex projects to successful production transitions.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of cash/liquidity products, with a focus on governance and risk management.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cash and liquidity products implementation and project governance.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and clear communication.
• PM Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex client onboarding deals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Legal and Risk.
• Serve as single point of contact for client and internal partners.
• Develop customized project plans with milestones and critical path items.
• Establish governance to deliver client requirements and ensure quality.
