Job summary

International Medical Relief (IMR) seeks an energetic administrator to support volunteers and manage the day-to-day office duties in Denver and Loveland, Colorado. The role involves answering phones and emails, coordinating trip preparations, and assisting management with logistics.

A college degree is required, master’s preferred; 2+ years in volunteer recruitment or nonprofit settings; strong communications and organizational skills; experience with Salesforce, Olark, Zoom, and G-Suite is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in volunteer recruitment/coordination.
• Experience with nonprofits or public health is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage office with phone and email inquiries from volunteers.
• Prepare volunteers for international travel and keep in regular contact.
• Assist with travel and work documents for volunteers.
• Organize outgoing supplies and retrieval of returns.
• Orient and onboard volunteers to clinic processes.
• Contribute to reporting on deployment KPIs and mission reports.
