International Medical Relief (IMR) is seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to coordinate volunteer recruitment and day-to-day office tasks in a bustling humanitarian setting. You will handle phone and email inquiries, prepare volunteers for international deployments, and support logistics for supplies and donations.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across an evolving program portfolio.

Qualifications

• College degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit or volunteer coordination is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Manage office operations with calls and emails from volunteers and engages with online systems.
• Prepare volunteers for international travel through regular communications (texts, emails, calls).
• Assist volunteers with travel/work documentation and logistics.
• Coordinate outgoing supplies and donations and retrieve supplies from returning volunteers.
• Orient and onboard volunteers to clinic processes across prep, fieldwork, and reintegration.
• Support reporting of deployment KPIs and mission updates.
