Qualifications
- 7+ years in unified communications or voice infrastructure.
- Experience migrating from on-prem to cloud.
- Deep Cisco Unified Communications Manager administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong Python automation skills are essential for this role.
- Experience with SIP trunking, voice gateways, session border controllers, and E911 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and operate voice and calling infrastructure, including the transition to cloud platforms.
- Assess architectures and plan and execute migration activity with teams across regions.
- Maintain reliable unified-communications services and resolve complex operational issues.
- Support conferencing platforms including Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Automate administration and operational processes through Python, scripting and APIs.
