Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced telecom systems specialist to assist with the support, maintenance, and implementation of the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include Cisco UC design and management, voicemail, video and web conferencing, and related server support.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in a related field, hands-on Cisco Call Manager experience, and CCNA certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with installation, configuration, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and video/conferencing equipment.
• Healthcare or large enterprise exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and monitor Cisco Unified Communications environments.
• Resolve complex incidents and service requests independently.
• Generate utilization reports for telecom equipment and services.
• Maintain inventory and database of phone numbers, parts and supplies.
• Provide server-level support including backup, capacity monitoring, and vendor-supported rebuilds.
