For our client, we are seeking a General Manager of Strategy, Engineering Technology Group to join the team of a leader in the aerospace and defense space.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on aligning engineering strategy, operational execution, and organizational priorities across a complex technical environment. The position partners closely with senior leadership to drive disciplined execution, support budget and workforce planning, and ensure the right technical capabilities are in place to meet enterprise goals. It also serves as a key representative for the organization in executive forums and governance discussions.

Location: El Segundo, CA

Compensation: $248,000 – $372,000 annually

Responsibilities
