Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People Partner leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience leading People Partner teams and collaborating with senior executives.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, M&A, and change management.
• Strong understanding of global employment law and regulatory environments.
• Proven success in leading transformation, restructuring, or integration initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Global Head of Regional People Partners to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This senior leadership role will shape and scale a global People Partner organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The position will align enterprise people strategy with regional needs while strengthening consistency, governance, and the employee experience worldwide. It will also partner closely with senior executives to lead employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change efforts in a complex global environment.

Location: Norwalk, CT

Compensation: $200,000 – $265,000 annually

Responsibilities
