Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, trust and safety, or enforcement operations within tech, legal, or domain services
• 8+ years managing cross-functional programs with legal, policy, and technical stakeholders
• Experience with domain name systems, domain abuse enforcement, registrar or registry operations, or off-platform threat response programs
• Experience defining program strategy, setting measurable goals, and tracking enforcement outcomes against operational metrics
• Experience communicating complex enforcement or operational decisions in writing to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap for domain registration management and off-platform enforcement programs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify systemic gaps in domain abuse detection and off-platform threat response, designing scalable interventions
• Manage large-scale enforcement workflows including domain takedowns and registrar escalations
• Define program goals, track SLAs, and report progress and risks to leadership
• Leverage AI-integrated workflows to streamline abuse signal triage and coordination
