Job summary

Meta seeks a Project Manager for Verification Operations to drive end-to-end program management across verification workflows. You will partner with operations, engineering, policy, and trust and safety teams to design scalable processes, optimize performance, and ensure compliance at global scale.

Responsibilities include scoping, planning, and delivery oversight; defining requirements; and driving data-informed decisions through metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience within operations, trust and safety, compliance, or a related domain.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving operations, engineering, and policy stakeholders.
• Experience designing or optimizing operational workflows, including process mapping, gap analysis, and implementation of process improvements.
• Experience defining and tracking operational metrics to measure program performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and trade-offs in writing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for verification operations initiatives, including scoping, milestone planning, dependency tracking, and delivery oversight.
• Partner with operations, engineering, policy, and trust and safety stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable project plans for verification workflows.
• Analyze verification process performance data to identify bottlenecks, quality gaps, and opportunities for workflow optimization or automation.
• Design and document scalable operational processes, standard operating procedures, and decision frameworks for verification programs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on verification system changes, ensuring stakeholders are informed of scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain project tracking mechanisms, status reporting cadences, and escalation paths to keep verification initiatives on schedule.
