Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join the Global Product Quality team to own Active Payments Testing and support the International Testing Program across multiple product lines and geographies. You will manage sourcing of real payment instruments and coordinate in-country tests with real local methods, while aligning with privacy, legal, finance, and engineering for broad market coverage.

You will also push for automation to improve testing delivery and handle cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Own the Active Payments Testing program end-to-end with external vendors across priority markets.
• Own the Passive / Payment Credentials program: sourcing, provisioning, and lifecycle management of real payment instruments.
• Partner with privacy, legal, compliance, finance, and enterprise teams to onboard, train, and manage testing vendors.
• Engage cross-functional payments, product, and engineering stakeholders to drive adoption and market coverage.
• Craft functional payment testing strategies with QA and payments engineering leads for priority markets.
• Design scalable in-country payment test coverage frameworks prioritizing markets by impact.
• Improve scalability via automation and standardization of test execution, provisioning, and reporting.
• Utilize testing signals to drive actions that improve payment success rates and product quality.
