Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director, Variable Commission Delivery in New York. You will lead a dedicated team delivering variable PM and CM services for a key global client, acting as the primary liaison between Turner & Townsend, CBRE, and the client to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include building relationships, owning the variable commissions lifecycle, and guiding internal teams on compliance, contracting, and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, PM, Real Estate or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in complex client accounts and service delivery.
• Experience in project management and/or cost management services.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the variable commissions delivery for PM and CM services.
• Manage Americas and global expansion into EMEA and APAC.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee variable commissions lifecycle and billing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
• Mentor and lead a high-caliber PM/CM team.
• Collaborate with Finance and LMAs to track rebates.
