Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Director, Variable Commission Delivery to lead a dedicated team delivering variable management services for a top-tier global client. You will serve as the primary liaison between Turner & Townsend, CBRE, and the client, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of variable commissions and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading complex client accounts and service delivery.
• Experience in project management and/or cost management services.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and contractual obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of financial terms and ability to perform basic financial analyses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to use project management and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Account Director, accountable for variable service delivery of PM and CM services on the client account.
• Lead Americas market now, with expansion to EMEA/APAC and Principal Delivery as client grows.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships to grow the variable pipeline.
• Own and face of all variable commissions throughout their lifecycle.
• Escalation point for variable service delivery and performance issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated variable Project Managers and Cost Managers across the Americas.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and best practices for variable commissions.
• Collaborate with PMO regional leaders to maximize opportunity pipeline globally.
• Oversee contracting, POs, and billing between client and internal groups for variable commissions.
• Coordinate intercompany contracting, invoicing and billing with Finance partners.
• Interface with internal Finance Partners to track global rebate positions per MSA.
