Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks a Director, Variable Commission Delivery to lead a dedicated team delivering variable PM and CM services for a top global client. You will own client satisfaction, manage the Americas pipeline and coordinate with CBRE and internal teams.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen and proven ability to build high-performing teams across regions; on-site presence may be required depending on client needs, with base salary 180k–220k

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven leadership in complex client accounts and service delivery.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.

Responsibilities

Act as Key Account Director for variable PM and CM services on the client account.
Lead and mentor a multi-regional team across Americas, EMEA & APAC.
Own the variable commissions lifecycle and liaise with finance and contracting teams.
Build and maintain relationships with LMAs, regional leaders and the client.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations.
