Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Director - Variable Project Delivery to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, from small tenant improvements to large capital programs. The role requires leading project management teams, driving governance, and delivering client value.

The successful candidate will guide risk, budgeting, schedules, and performance metrics, while acting as the primary executive contact for key clients. This is a senior leadership role focused on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop project managers and delivery teams.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects ensuring budgets, schedules and quality.
• Establish governance, controls, reporting frameworks and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence via consistent PM methodologies.
• Executive point of contact for key clients and strong relationship management.
• Provide strategic guidance on risks, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
• Lead business development including client engagement, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, revenue targets and resource utilization.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, risk procedures and governance standards.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support market growth within Variable Project Delivery.

Responsibilities
