Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director, Variable Commission Delivery to lead a dedicated team delivering variable PM and CM services for a top-tier global client. You will own the client relationship, oversee contract compliance, and drive revenue growth across regions.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to scale operations globally while maintaining exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in managing complex client accounts and service delivery in real estate or professional services.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience and contractual financial understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing experience.
• Ability to analyze complex documents and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Account Lead for variable service delivery of PM and CM on the client account.
• Extend regional scope globally (Americas to EMEA & APAC) as needed.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships to grow the variable pipeline.
• Own and be the client face of all variable commissions throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead escalation for variable service delivery and performance issues.
• Lead a team of Project and Cost Managers across the Americas to support the top global client.
• Ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations in variable commissions.
• Collaborate with PMO Leaders to maximize global opportunity pipelines.
• Socialize variable pipelines with LMAs and regional leaders for visibility and staffing.
