Job summary

Broadcom seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps, focused on remote engagement with enterprise customers. The role drives adoption, growth, and new sales of Broadcom solutions, partnering with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead consultative discussions, build strong client relationships, and guide pre-sales to post-sales transitions while aligning with customer objectives and Broadcom's strategic value.

Qualifications

• 20 years in IT overall and 10 years in domain experience
• Customer-focused attitude with strong client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile
• Results-oriented with proven sales targets
• Articulate and present to technical and executive stakeholders
• Understand Broadcom differentiators and value proposition
• Motivated and organized with proactive attitude
• Flexible in rapidly changing environments
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal groups
• Understanding of Broadcom and competitors within domain
• Travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions, addressing client questions and concerns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Participate in post-sales discussions for smooth pre-sales to implementation handoffs
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales, including product demos
• Engage with prospective clients to gather technical requirements and understand business objectives
• Convey Broadcom’s value approach with customer-specific adjustments
• Attend and document Value Stream meetings for strategic high-value customers
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy aligns with outcomes
• Publish material to increase executive engagement and WinWire creation
• Engage with C-level executives and influence decision-making
• Provide guidance to territory teams on lessons learned across regions
• Enable knowledge sharing of customer successes and use cases
